1. Your relationship with Love2sms.co.in Services.
1.1 Your use of Love2sms.co.in services is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Love2sms.co.in. This document explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement.
1.2 In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.

1.4 Love2sms.co.in is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which Love2sms.co.in provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
1.5 As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that Love2sms.co.in may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at Love2sms.co.in's sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time but you should inform Love2sms.co.in through "Contact Us" form when you stop using the Services.
1.6 You acknowledge and agree that if Love2sms.co.in disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.
1.7 In order to access certain Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as email id or contact details) as part of being affliate registration process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to Love2sms.co.in will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
1.8 You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).
1.9 Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Love2sms.co.in, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
1.10 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Love2sms.co.in has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Google may suffer) of any such breach.
1.11 You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services.
1.12 Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to Love2sms.co.in for all activities that occur under your account.
1.13 If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify Love2sms.co.in immediately through "Contact Us" form.
2. SMS Service Usage Terms
2.1 You could send 25 sms messages per day. When you send an sms message, your mobile number would appear on the receipent' mobile.
2.2 You could only send 80 characters as free sms message. You agree that, Love2sms.co.in could attach the 55 characters of advertisement and 25 characters representing Love2sms.co.in.
2.3 You agree that any complaints or damage through your sms message would be barred by you.
2.4 You agree that you could receive 2 promotional sms messages every day send by Love2sms.co.in from the sender id "Love2sms".
2.5 You agree that you would not send any sms to people whom you do not know. Incase if you send and any complaints or damage Love2sms.co.in recieves would be barred by the user who has sent the sms message
3. Affliate Program Usage Terms
3.1 You agree that to be eligible to receive paid promotional emails you should subscribe by providing you email under "Affliate Program" tab after you login into Love2sms.co.in and validate your email.
3.2 You agree that you would receive promotional emails to your email id and get paid 0.50 paisa for each promotional email you receive.
3.3 Love2sms.co.in would not guarantee you any number of emails on a specific day or for a specific period. You may not receive any email for certain period or may receive many paid email to your email id on a single day.
3.4 You agree that you get paid only when you open the promotional offer site or fill up the form.
3.5 You earn Rs. 1/- for every valid or verified user you refer to Love2sms.co.in through the link available to you after you login into your account.
3.6 You agree that you could withdraw your amount only after it reaches to the amount of Rs.500/-.
